We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data — with third parties for marketing purposes.

Please note: Our website contact form, email, and SMS text messages are not HIPAA-secure channels. Do not include medical details, symptoms, or other PHI in website forms or text messages. New patient intake forms should be completed and either brought to your appointment in person or faxed to (401) 226-0854. For clinical communications, please use our patient portal or call us directly.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages viewed, session duration, and general location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is included. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for the purpose of coordinating care. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard policies. Medical records are retained in accordance with Rhode Island state law (minimum 10 years for adult patients).
